Content and Pricing
All the prices quoted herein are in Canadian dollars unless specified otherwise. Airport fees, where applicable, are not included in the pricing. Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. Once a reservation is completed no changes to name or price is allowed.
To the best of our knowledge, all information content, such as hotel and destination information, are provided as a guideline and may not be an exact representation. Different tour operator may have different rating on the same hotel. In such a case we suggest you assume the hotel has the lower rating, as a matter of prudence.
Passport, Visas and Health Requirements
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents. It is imperative that the names of the travelers correspond to their travel documents. Many countries require that your passport be valid for 6 month from the date of arrival at that country. Please give us a call if you need information on current requirement for travel documents to the country you are traveling to. We are not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry into a country for lack of proper travel documents.
Minors traveling alone or with a single parent may need special documentation. It is strongly recommended that that the passenger ascertain the necessary documentation required prior to departure.
Payment, Cancellation, Changes and Refund
Payment in full is required for all online reservations. All online purchases once completed are 100 percent non refundable non transferable. Changes and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of each Tour Operator.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers for your peace of mind. The travel insurance coverage we offer contains exclusions, restrictions and limitations of coverage which may limit your claim. Please read the terms and conditions of coverage for each particular Insurance product.

Sun n Surf Travel provides information on an “as is” basis and as such is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any of the contents or data listed on this website. Sun n Surf Travel shall not be responsible for any losses or damages, either directly or indirectly, due to the bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or cessation of operations for any reason, of any supplier or Tour Operator. BC residents who purchase travel with a BC registered travel agent may recover such losses from the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority (BPCPA). You can get more information on BPCPA from their website www.bpcpa.ca.
Customers who use this site enters into a contractual relationship between themselves and the service providers which includes, amongst others, Tour Operator, Hotel and Cruise Lines. Sun n Surf Travel acts only in the capacity of an agent for the said service providers. These service providers are independent parties over which we have no control over and as such we are not responsible or liable for any losses, dissatisfaction or complaints with regards to the product or services provided by the service provider.
Our website contains link to websites operated by third parties. Sun n Surf Travel will not be responsible for any damage that may be occur as a result of your use of this website.
Governing Law
Users of this site are assumed to be of legal age to enter into a legal binding contract. The law governing the use of this site is the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to the conflict of laws of any of any other jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
Neither Sun n Surf Travel nor Tour Operator will be liable for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Booking Confirmation
A Sun n Surf Travel representative will call or email you to confirm your reservation and delivery information after the reservation is completed. This is for your protection and to ensure that everything is in order.
